The mission of Assessment Technology, Incorporated is to create, distribute, and support the use of technology to promote learning.

ATI provides educator-friendly research-based electronic -services in the areas of assessment, curriculum, reporting and instructional effectiveness. The services are designed to assist educators dedicated to improving student achievement. Data elements collected include observational data on children’s behaviors, children’s responses to assessment items/curriculum assignments and lessons, classroom assignment and student demographics. The information is used by students and educators for the purpose of promoting learning

ATI is committed to protecting the privacy of its Clients and uses reasonable security and other precautions to prevent the disclosure of any confidential information received by ATI to any person or entity other than the Client. ATI provides the data to the client district/school. The client district/school determines through the assignment of passwords their educator access to the data. ATI does not use Client confidential information for any purpose other than to provide Electronic Services to the Client and to conduct educational research. The research conducted by ATI is undertaken for such purposes as establishing the validity and reliability of materials offered through the Electronic Services. All Client confidential information is held in confidence in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and applicable state laws and regulations. At termination of the Client contract and at the request of the Client, ATI shall return to the Client or destroy any confidential information belonging to the Client and still in ATI’s possession. Confidential information is considered to be any information that identifies a particular person or particular institution.
