ATI Modifies the Galileo Help Files - A One-Stop Shop for Learning Resources

ATI announces a modification to Galileo K-12 and Pre-K Help Files. As of January 1, 2018, ATI has retired the Galileo Forum and will host all support content within the Galileo K-12 and Pre-K Help Files. You may now think of the Help Files as a one-stop shop for all Galileo learning resources. This modification will streamline your workflow with learning content with just one-click away. This means fewer login and password/username memorization, saving you precious time in your busy schedule. Here are a few highlights and additions you'll find in the Help Files:

  • the Forum's News and Announcements will now be found in the Help Files' New Enhancements page
  • the Resource Library content has been reformatted and all directions and links to resources are accessible in the Help Files

Accessing Galileo Help Files

When accessing Galileo Help Files, users can start on the FAQ page where there are convenient links to commonly used tasks and questions. We've refined the searching ability - simply click on the magnify glass, type in a key word, and you'll be met with a list of helpful topics.

Learning on Demand

Now the most popular resources, the Learning on Demand sessions and the tutorial recordings, are available in the Help Files with a menu of links to all recorded sessions. Peruse the menu to find the webinar that interests you. The new winter schedules with sessions for January through March, 2018 are now released. View the full K-12 or Pre-K list of complimentary Learning on Demand sessions and register today.
